What this site keeps, and what it does not.
Short version: no cookies, no advertising trackers, and anonymous daily counts only. What you enter in the worksheet stays in your browser unless you choose to send the optional form to Scribe Media.
What you enter in the worksheet
The practice worksheet runs entirely in your browser. Your answers about your clients, referral partners, first meetings and the questions clients ask are kept in your browser's session storage so the page can build your one-page plan. They are deleted when you close the tab, and they are not sent anywhere unless you fill in and send the optional form.
Because your answers may describe your practice, please do not type client names or any confidential client, patient or case details into the worksheet. It does not need them.
Counting visits
To know whether the site is useful, it counts events such as "a page was viewed" or "the worksheet was started." Each count is stored only as an anonymous total per day. No cookie is set, and no IP address, device ID or other identifier is stored with the counts.
Links that carry campaign tags
If you arrived from a link with campaign tags in the address (such as utm_source), the site keeps those tags in session storage and sends them with the optional form, so Scribe knows which link brought you. Links from this site to scribemedia.com are tagged to show they came from here.
If you send the form
Your name, email, optional phone number, the page you sent it from and, if you used it, a summary of what you entered in the worksheet are sent to Scribe Media and stored in Scribe's customer system (HubSpot). Scribe uses them to get in touch with you and as described in the Scribe Media privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Fonts and hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare and loads its fonts from Google Fonts. Like any web server, these receive standard request information such as your IP address in order to deliver the page.
